According to ancient Japanese medicine, toxins build up in the body throughout the day and then travel to the lower extremities such as the feet at night. Traditionally, the belief is that as blood circulates through the body the detox foot patches gently absorb toxins as they come into contact with the pores on our feet. 
We have 250,000 sweat pores in the soles of our feet which is the highest concentration in the human body.
You may or may not notice a difference in colour on your patches each day, this may depend on how long you’ve been leaving them on of how you are progressing. Please keep in mind while you detox to reduce intake of Alcohol, Coffee and sugar to support your immunity and kidney.
 
How to use - 
1- Ensure your feet are clean & dry
2- Remove the release paper and apply to each feet before bed
3- Leave on for...
* Adults 6-8 hours, max 10 days 
* 8 years to 14 years 1 hour per day, max 5 days
* 3 years to 7 years 15 mins per day, max 5 days 
4- Remove patches and clean with warm water
5- Repeat this process over a 5 day or 10 day detox treatment.
It is recommended to repeat a foot detox every 3 months.
